A Barefoot Dream

A heartwarming sports drama based on a true story, ‘A Barefoot Dream’ follows the journey of Kim Won-kang, a former soccer player whose career didn’t pan out as expected. He travels to East Timor searching for a fresh start and a business opportunity but ends up coaching a group of barefoot kids who play soccer with makeshift balls. Despite the lack of resources, Won-kang trains the children and leads them to participate in an international junior soccer tournament.
