Choi Jin-hyuk – Early Life & Career
Choi Jin-hyuk is a talented and popular South Korean actor known for his charming looks and impressive acting skills. Choi Jin-hyuk was born as Kim Tae-ho on February 9, 1986, in Mokpo, South Korea. He discovered his passion for acting at a young age and decided to pursue it as a career. Choi Jin-hyuk first gained attention when he won the Grand Prize in the KBS reality talent show, “Survival Star Audition,” in 2006.
After winning the talent show, he began his acting career under his birth name, Kim Tae-ho, but later adopted the stage name Choi Jin-hyuk in 2010. His first significant role came in the television drama “It’s Okay, Daddy’s Girl” in 2010, where his performance was well-received. This led to more opportunities in the entertainment industry, gradually building his reputation as a skilled actor.
Choi Jin-hyuk is known for his deep voice and tall stature, which make him stand out in the entertainment industry. Besides acting, he enjoys singing and has released some original soundtracks for the dramas he starred in.
He took a break from acting to fulfill his mandatory military service in South Korea. However, he was discharged early due to a knee injury.
